Shipping in Israel

  • Shipping to all parts of Israel: 19 Shekel. Delivery is door to door, a messenger will contact the client within 5 business days.
  • The delivery is free of charge for orders above 1000 Shekel.
  • All items are sent upon payment approval.
  • We cannot take responsibility for delays in shipments beyond our control (slowdowns, strikes, etc’)
  • Pickup from one of our shops – is free of charge. You must specify which store, then wait for confirmation of the arrival of the item. Alternatively you can call the shop and make sure that the item has arrived.

Shipping abroad

  • ECOPOST – this service is available to Austria, Australia, Italy, USA, Belgium, Britain, North Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, France, Canada, Switzerland, and Sweden. The cost is 17$, delivery time is up to 7 business days, door to door service.
  • EMS – This service is available to most world countries, delivery time up to 5 business days, door to door service. The price depends on the quantity of items, prorated $ 37 for 3 items.
  • All items are sent upon payment approval.
  • We cannot take responsibility for delays in shipments beyond our control (slowdowns, strikes, etc’)

Exchanges and returns

Dear customer, all the conditions listed refer to goods purchased in our web site only, and does not apply to stores in Israel.

The shipping cost in Israel is 19 Shekel. When ordering products at 1000 ₪ and above the shipping is free.

If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we allow to return and exchange for any other product in stock, get next purchase credit, or refund.

Exchanges are made by delivery service, with a cost of 30 Shekel for courier service. It is also possible to bring the garment to one of our stores, and not pay for delivery.

We are unable to take responsibility for delays in shipments beyond our control (slowdowns, strikes, or any other force majeure).

The returned item will be accepted under condition that it is not used, along with the receipt, and with all original labels and stickers attached.

We allow one exchange only on a purchase.

We take full responsibility for our garments, and we are committed to superior product quality. If the product you received is damaged, it will be repaired /

replaced along with a receipt, as long as the defect is a result of deficiency in the production process.

A defective product will be replaced without additional expense of the customer. If the product cannot be repaired it will be replaced / refunded.

Goods that were damaged as a result of misuse, normal wear, or washing process that does not match the instructions, will not be accepted.

Notice: to perform the Exchange, you need to contact us by e-mail or phone 08-9327626 up to 7 business days from receiving of the product.

 

Cancelling a transaction

You can return any item and receive a full refund, with a 5% cancellation fee, or 100 NIS (Equivalent to $ 27) – whichever is lower.

If you received the product and would like to cancel the purchase and get a refund, please contact us by e-mail or phone 08-9327626 and send it to us via courier service, the cost is 30 Shekel.

Your credit card / PayPal account will be refunded within 14 days of the arrival of the product in the company’s office.

We are unable to take responsibility for delays in shipments beyond our control (slowdowns, strikes, or any other force majeure).

We allow only one refund on a following purchase.

A request for refund will be made within 14 days of the arrival of the product at the customer’s address.

Please note: There shall be no returns, exchange or replacement of product purchased with discounts or on end of the season sale.
